After looking at new sat nav models I was offered an unwanted present TomTom, a 6" Go Classic at a great price which Iv'e now connected to My Drive Connect. On there I also have my partners old 6" XXL Classic which has a current Speed Cameras subscription and which we'll now keep as just a spare.
I wanted to add Speed Cameras to my own new Go Classic so subscribed paying £34.99 for a years subscription. I later received an email saying " We noticed that your subscription is not currently assigned to any device. To enjoy the service on a personal navigation device, you need to link the device with the email address you used when purchasing the subscription".
My Go Classic is correctly linked to my email address and I've followed the correct procedure to do this.
Looking at my account I'm wondering if the subscription has gone to the XXL Classic somehow?
I have contacted TomTomCustomer Care but as yet have heard nothing back so I'm wondering if the best option would be to request a Refund and if I get one then start all over again.
I didn't think this would all be so difficult!
Any help or advice welcome as I don't know when/if I'll hear back from TomTom Support,
