Tom To Go app won't run after reinstall

I deleted cache and then the app. Having reinstalled the app I can't get past the first page. The app won't allow me to sign in and just getting this continuously. Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Tried phone reboot Samsung S24 uninstall ING and reinstalling the app multiple times but still the same. Thanks
