Tele Atlas offers HD Traffic (Germany/Netherlands/Switzerland only)

Digital Mapping & Navigation Press Releases - Tele Atlas

It looks like Tomtom is offering HD traffic via teleatlas. Presumably that means other Teleatlas clients can now get Tomtom HD traffic in the covered cities.

Correct, but the target is mobile users of TA maps/data. Apparently not for the PND makers like Mio, tho not specifically excluded.
