After calling TomTom about connecting to my traffic account to my TomTom Go 720, they told me that it wouldnt work because I have Verizon and they block the necessary service needed and that I have a PDA. TomTom support must be getting lazy because my Motorola Q works perfect with the TomTom traffic and weather so far. along with any other download service. You do need the $15 teather option Verizon offers, plus a data plan.
