Subscription not being seen by app

I have the TomTom Go app installed on 2 android devices, a tablet and a phone. My subscription renewed a few days ago. When I load the app on the tablet, everything is fine and the app shows my subscription being active until 2027. When I load it on my phone, it says I have no active subscription. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it didn't help. Suggestions?
 
Are you properly logged into the Google account that allowed you to purchase the application?
 
Do you have multiple Google accounts?

There might be an error with your email address or password on your Google account.

Try signing out and then signing back in to your Google account.

I'm out of ideas.
