Stuck on legal notice

Hi I brought a used Renault Clio dynamic 2011… it has a TomTom but had
No sd card.. so I tried updating and installing maps TomTom etc but when I put the as card back in it just shows legal notice and I cannot get it off this screen I can’t select yes or no .. nothing
