Sticky screen problem

Hello,
I have tomtom fo 510 model and I have removed screen protector after 3 years.Now screen is so sticky and touch screen is not working. So what should I do?

You may wish to apply something like goo-gone to a cloth and VERY CAREFULLY apply it to the screen.
