Start50M loop issues

I plugged in my Tomtom start 50M to update the maps - the computer literally kept looping so I ejected the GPS and now it is looping to 'legal notices' and won't let me agree - I have attempted to contact customer service, but they weren't much help. Is there a way to completely reset the software back to what it was so I can agree. This GPS is only 3 months old, never dropped, always in car or in case. Thanks - Fawn
 
Keep holding down the power button until you hear the TomTom drums.
Wait until it boots up, then connect to your PC where you already have the MyDrive Connect support application running before hand.
