start m25
got my tomtom start m25 last october and after only a short time it started losing the signal so sent it off for repair and it came back just the same got back in touch with tomtom and there are sending me a new one has any one else had the same trouble
 
Every time I go on web site to update it won't let me tick that options and when it came back tomtom said it was upto date
 
Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds. You may also want to call CS to see what they have to say:

Have already done that and spoke to CS ,sent it off to them and there couldn't find anything wrong with it got it back and it's same as before so I rang them this morning and there said there are going to sent me a replacement out ,just wondered if anyone else has had same problem
