Start 50 - not responding

    I have a tomtom start 50 which has a partial unresponsive screen. It starts okay but when you try and use the screen only the zoom out/in works. When you touch the menu button it turns blue as it should but does nothing.

    It is using the Nav4 setup.

    I have tried the reset using the power button and the 3 clicks. I have pugged it into the computer and done all the updates but nothing changed.

    I have since bought a replacement screen/digitizer and installed that but the same issue is occuring.

    Any thoughts on what could be causing the issue would be appreciated before i need to look at replacing the unit.
