START 25 - no device connected

Hi

I'm trying to update my device using TomTom Home but always get a 'No Device Connected' message on my computer...

Any thoughts..?

That model requires MyTomTom (tomtom.com/getstarted), NOT Home 2.

The unit will NOT show as a removable device on your computer since the user has no access to the file system on it.
