Start 25 - BQ4025A91536 - Maps

Hi all

Could someone please help me with having the latest or an old UK map on my TomTom Start25 satnav, as I deleted it by mistake somehow?

I would appreciate your detailed guidance on this.

I am only seeing a GPS fix option on connect app.

Hi
Right-click the MyDrive Connect icon in the notification area, and then select Settings.
Select Downloads.
Click Empty Download Folder.
Click Save Settings.

Reset your device.

MyDrive Connect should then prompt you to download your map again.

Even after emptying the download folder?

If no map is available, you need to contact TomTom support so they can assign you a new map.

No, it's impossible; you must use MyDrive Connect to install a map.
