Start 25 (BL), doesn't rotate screen when rotating the unit

The screen seems to always be stuck in the upside down orientation regardless of how I rotate the unit, the unit was bought second hand at a thrift store, so I suspect it might've been damaged by the previous owner, several other NAV3 units I own do auto-rotate properly hence I suspect it's an issue with this unit

So does anyone know if there's an way to fix the sensor that checks the orientation, or even if the unit supported this feature, and otherwise how do I return the orientation back to up-right position instead of upside down?

Try resetting the device to factory settings if that doesn't work.
It won't be possible to repair it by adding a file.

The repair is rather technical.

Ah okay yeah considering I tried both resetting the unit, and even restoring it in mydrive, guess I'll return it as it's still under warranty from where I got it, it's the only unit I have a duplicate of regardless, so shouldn't really be an issue
