Standard voices not working! Help please.

I'm using TTN6 on a Mio P550, it started running really slowly just on this application so I've copied all the files from the laptop onto the SD card & re-installed tomtom.

Everything works fine except the voices, they're all on the SD card but when I try to select any of them, I have the message that I need to either download it from tomtom.com or install it from the disk. The disk is in USA & I'm in England for a while.

Has anyone any suggestions please?

There should be a voices folder in the root directory of the TT installation. If you have the voices folder, check if the file collected.ini exists. If yes, rename or delete this file and try to select a voice. Each voice consists of 2 files, dataNN.chk and dataNN.vif (where NN = a voice number).
