You should call their tech support number (in the USA it's: 866-486-6866). They will open a problem report, which may not resolve anything, but it documents the error within their system.I email tomtom another problem when you approach an exit sometimes it says the plural of the exit instead of South. It always happens. So far I sent tom tom 4 emails about this problem over a year and a half. Still no solution. Maybe if other send tom tom this problem they will listen. Thanks.

I don't think that is the problem is with Loquendo because it is only saying what text TomTom is asking it to send.The problem is that someone has taken the time to record all of the text on the signage very carefully, but nobody back at Loquendo in Italy has taken the time to figure out (or even ask) what it all means.
