Spoken street names?

Hi - just bought the XL2 IQ and cant figure out why the street names are not being spoken as it 'says on the box' Any hints or clues? mervy

Do you have a computer voice selected?

Hi DHN - I have selected the first name on the voice list - 'JANE, ENGLISH UK' Not a computer one. The next 2 are. went for drive and plenty of voice but no street names mentioned. If I select a computer one what is the procedure? Thanks

You should see a voice listed with the word 'computer' in the description. Only computer voices speak street names.

If you see such a voice, select it.

After you select the computer name you will be given the options of voice preferences that need to be ticked,such as 'read aloud street names'
