Speed limits not updated

Hi all, before going away for two weeks touring in the camper I updated my maps and speed cameras. I found many errors with speed limit changes that were out of date. Many times I was in a 20, 30, or 40mph zone which was still showing as 30, 40 and 60 on the Satnav, and when I got back I went on a dual carriageway outside Southport which had had a 50mph restriction put in place at least 5-6 years ago and it's still showing as 70mph on the satnav! Are tomtom not bothering with speed limit updates anymore? As with most people I expect, I haven't got time to keep updating speed limit changes manually, where they begin and end etc. I try and keep an eye open for the actual speed limit signs, as you should, but I have missed a couple to be honest, and it's a bit disconcerting when you see a repeater and youre 10mph over the limit shown on your satnav. So can anyone let me know if it's a glitch with the software, or tomtom themselves not bothering to update the speed limits?

If multiple people report the same error Tomtom will fix.

TomTom uses outdated material and doesn‘t care to update. We (the users) should tell them (Tomtom) when and where the roads or speed limits have changed. Thats not what i want if i buy a navi.
