Suddenly my Go Premium has stopped showing and alerting me to speed camera’s.

My subscription is active and alert setting is turned on but i still can’t see them on the map. I can report a speed camera still though.

I have tried multiple resets, connecting via wifi but no luck.

Does anyone have any idea please?

Go to Menu > Settings > System > select > Reset device.

If still the same, connect your GO to Mydrive connect, delete the speed cameras then reinstall them.

hi! I am in the UK and getting the same problem. I updated my speed cameras this morning, and after that they have stopped showing up on the map and the route bar. I have done a Factory Reset.

I have uninstalled and re-installed the UK and Ireland speed cameras.

I have been trying to plan routes that I often use. Very rarely, the cameras do show up, but most times they don't. Annoying, isn't it?

Mine stopped working yesterday when i got into my van. After around 30mins i had a speed camera update show up so i thought installing that would fix it but i didn’t.

I am doing the hard reset now as suggested above so fingers crossed

The Factory Reset made no difference when I did it. I've just finished a chat with a TomTom customer rep. He "reassured" me that their technical team is working on it and it would all be working fine in 24 hours. I couldn't get any information out of him as to what caused the problem though.

It made no difference here either. So it looks like its a technical issue on their side and at least they know about it, we’re not on our own then!0

Speed cameras are installed on the map normally you should always have an alert.

I got the same issue. when I turn on the navigation, it shows the cameras BUT when it connects to the network (SIM or Wifi) they instantly disappear. GO Profesional 6250

I am in spain and have a go 6200 and a rider 550. same problem on both devices.

Mine seems OK too. :)

I think it must have been something to do with checking the validity of the Speed Camera subscription and getting a bad result from the TomTom server. I don't see how their technical team could have fixed the problem if it wasn't at their end.

The post above by gazibarev seem to confirm my theory. He/she wrote that if the server wasn't contactable the cameras appeared, and if it was contactable they didn't.
