Hi folks, my speed camera product expired so a few days ago I purchased new one and got confirmation email and info on MyDrive shows purchase and Nov 2025 expiry but nothing shows in the settings (re “updates & new items“ ) on my Go825 so no speed camera info availble!
Have I missed something can anyone help please, getting more frustrated by the minute trying to find even a phone number for tomtom.
Here’s hoping one of you geniuses can help. Thanks 🤞🏻

If you have purchased the radar service with the correct credentials of your GO 825 watch account on Mydrive connect, it should be available for download.

If not
There is no longer a phone number to contact Tomtom
