Speed Camera 950 Live

I have a 950 Live and have always had UK, Italy speed cameras, yesterday I renewed my live services which caused an issue so Tech Support (by Phone) had to assist and reset back to factory default, I am just upgrading to 920 map and notice no mention of any speed cameras from any country other than France warning when near, visited speed camera buy section and it now says not compatible for 950 Live.

I have a backup from yesterday and can see the cameras etc for UK and Italy????? on computer
should I ring Tech support or can someone assist me .

or do I have to create a route so cameras are picked up

The 950 model isn't available in North America so best you call CS:
