Speakerphone / COmputer hookup

My go 720 recently stopped connecting to my computer, so I can no longer do any updates, as well the speakerphone function seems to have developed an issue, after 30 seconds - 1 minute it freezes and you have to hold the power button and wait for the unit to reset.

Any one have any ideas or shall I just look for another one on ebay?

Rather than the power button, do a pin reset on the bottom of the unit. The reset hole, though small, is marked. Use a paper clip and hold it in there about 5 seconds. Then try and see if the unit connects and is recognized.
