Sony w580i "get numbers from phone" doesn't work

My w580i paired up with my phone ok, when I hit 'get numbers from phone' it says the numbers were retrieved, but when I go to phone someone using 'phonebook entry' the button is greyed out......any suggestions??

figured it out....the gps only pulls the phone numbers from the phone, not the SIM card. So I had to transfer all my numbers from my SIM to the phone (there is an option for this) and it worked.
