When will you bring back the repeat previous instructions button? Voice commands are very slow and since I have a soft top they cannot be heard by the device when the top is down. Give people the choice

Tapping the voice volume bar on many models results in the previous instruction being repeated.

When will the TomTom Discover get this update. Mine is on 23.100.0003 Is this the latest for my unit. I would love to have the multiple vehicle profiles.

If you tap the next turn panel at the very top center of the screen, it will produce a scrollable list of future instructions that even top down noise can't inhibit!

Hello, is trip statistics added to camper max?
Oddly enough, I didn't see it for the Camper Max, though it is available for others of that model range (Superior, Exclusive, Expert Plus) whose serial numbers also start with "B7". If you get it loaded, let us know if it is also found on your device.

Hi 😊
Mine is quite recent; I bought it last week, and it's a Camper NAX Generation 2. Very strange, and I don't understand why it's not available on this device, especially when it is available on GPS models with a lower price. In my opinion, it's important to have this function in the camper to have some control over what we're doing on long-distance drives. I'm a bit disappointed. I hope TomTom makes it available very soon as well. If anyone has any information, please write in this thread.

Ah, sorry. I forgot a recent Camper Max can start with B4 or B7. "B3" is only for 6" devices. It's one of those names that has been re-used over a period of time.

As far as I know, these are the only models getting the trip stats update, but again, let us know what you find!
  • GO Superior 6”/7” (B3/B4/B7)
  • GO Exclusive 7” (B7)
  • GO Expert Plus (B3/B4/B7)

But is it possible to ask a credible source within the TomTom team if there will also be an update for the stats on the new Camper Max Gen 2 B4?

Why not just install .0012 and see if that feature appears first?
As of post #7, it didn't sound as though you had installed it yet.

Sorry, I just now understood your question. 😜😜 Yes, the version I have is this one; I think it's the latest?

Looks like the models I posted in #11 above turned out to be correct.
Bummer for the camper fans.

Yes, it’s a shame, and it’s also hard to understand why.
I really hope it’s just a matter of time before they provide support for these devices, as I believe these are important features that should be supported in all campers.

Update today.
Today I have Request for clarification on the availability of features trip statistics in the 24.200.0012 update for Camper Max Gen 2 - B4

I have request a detailed clarification regarding the recent software update (version 24.200.0012) from TomTom support today

I have noticed that some GPS models, which are priced lower than my device, the Camper Max Gen 2, have received an important new feature with this update. This raises some concerns, especially because the feature in question is extremely useful for those driving larger vehicles, over long distances.

After contacting TomTom support, I was informed that my device should have received this feature with the update. Following the instructions, I performed a factory reset on my GPS, but unfortunately, the issue persists, and the feature has not been activated.

My concern is that there may be a lack of internal communication about which GPS models are compatible with this new feature. I understand that the Camper Max Gen 2 is a premium device, specifically designed for drivers who need precise and tailored guidance for large vehicles. The absence of this essential feature, which is available in simpler models, is a significant source of frustration.

Therefore, I would like to request that this case be escalated to the TomTom development team. It would be extremely helpful if they could confirm whether this feature is, in fact, available or if there are plans to make it available for the Camper Max Gen 2 model.

Update today.
Having a hard time making sense of this. What are they doing to do, re-release .0012 with stats added for the Camper Max? Either a customer gets stats with .0012 or they don't, and for whatever reason, @Lafaiete doesn't seem to have received stats in his .0012 update. I also looked back at some 'other' information I received ( @JuergenAMS - it's Lupe) that showed the list as I posted it, above. That list seems to correspond with @Lafaiete experience. Don't know why that's the case, but it is what it is.

@JuergenAMS
Can you clarify your post #1?
