Sometimes I feel very disappointed with TomTom; I use the Max Gen 2, and they still haven’t implemented trip statistics, while some models received this feature in August. I think it shows a lack of consideration and communication with customers who buy TomTom products expecting only the best, not only in hardware but also in software. This honestly makes me reconsider a future purchase. Will it be TomTom or…
 
This new version 24.201.0019 doesn't show up as an available update in my Go Classic (X6).
 
I don't get it, why is this update not available for the 1st Gen Camper Max 7" ?

To be honest, I don’t quite understand the inner workings of TomTom, but anyway.
The most serious issue and disappointment is the lack of communication and information from TomTom.
Not specifically through this channel.

What’s even worse is that I was told by official TomTom support that the Max 2 generation would also receive this update trip statistics with it.
But that’s not what happened. It just proves that even they don’t seem to have a clear understanding among themselves.
to conclude, we buy a device that quickly becomes almost obsolete in terms of receiving new features and tools during its own lifespan.

I have been onto Tomtom support, and Nikita is one of the worst CS reps for responding !!!

I have an ongoing case, and for a kick off she doesn't understand English, and second it's now been 11 days an NO reply.

Utterly shocking service, and one that grinds my beef!

I thought Tomtom removing the call feature to the CS was going to improve services.... it's got worse
