Small Plastic slider Broken

Hi Folks,

I have broken the small plastic slider inside my TomTom Go 500 which locks the TomTom to the docking station.

I could fit a new part in seconds. However, I am informed that TomTom do not supply this spare part but require the TomTom to be sent to a repair centre at no doubt a substantial cost.

Would anyone know where I can get this very small plastic spare part?

Your best bet may be to look for someone trying to offload a dead unit on ebay for parts.
