Show all-menu option not available

On my TT XL western Europe the show all-menu option button is not visible? Does anyone know how to get it back?
At first I only had the Easy menu, throug another thread (skdregistery) I found a way to get the full menu but still the show all menu options is not visible.

Not sure but have you reset the device? I don't remember whether that model has a dedicated reset hole or if you need to hold the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

Other than that, I don't remember the necessary step(s) to activate the full menu.
