Settings.dat file interpretation

Hi,

Anyone, please let me know any tool or way to interpret settings.dat file in TomTom 720.

When I tried to open in any of the windows allplications, it is displaying as below,

Because I want to see all the contents of settings.dat file. I want to know what all the information it will store in settings.dat file.

You can try a hex editor but I suspect you won't be too successful. More than likely, part of proprietory code.
