Servers busy !!!!

2 days ago I paid for a new map * I have the receipt on email, however I cannot download the map as all I see on the my connect site is the message regarding busy servers. I cannot even ask for a refund as the useless AI help does not even load,. So, tomtom have my money and I have no new map. This is robbery, pure and simple. I want a refund. Anyone else experienced anything like this ?
