Send to device not working to galaxy8

    I have had mydrive work and then it doesn't. Bluetooth is connected. Wifi tethering is on.
    When I send to device nothing happens.

    Thanks for your hint. I am logged in on device.
    I have since uninstalled the app and reinstalled. This did not immediately fix problem although later on it began working.
    However later again it stopped working. This intermittent stop start has been occurring since new 10 months ago. I'll just keep persevering and when it doesn't work I type directly into th Go620.
