Ive got a 2012 Renault Clio with built in Carminat, I updated Saturday & am having the same issue as you, i've tried everything I can find on the internet, nothing is working.

Hi Simon. I had to format the SD card, put it back into the car, wait a while, put card back into computer then update. Put card back into car and it worked. Hope it helps.
