Scala rider teamset pro will not connect???

Hi, I am trying to connect my Scala riderTeamSet pro to my Tom Tom rider V2 but having no luck, any ideas??
Is it compatable???
I have tried to pair it as per instructions, also by just searching for bluetooth devicies, it gets to a screen on the tom tom where it says "if your phone reqs a code enter 0000" then goes to s red screen saying your phone is not compatable?

Any help gratefully recieved!

I had trouble with my Scala Q2 headset. It was OK the first time, then lost the connection the second time I tried it. I reset the Urban Rider back to factory settings as I hadn't built up any favourites. Seems ok now.
