SatNav for UK & US use?

Total newbie to satnavs

I want one for use mostly in he UK but also for when I visit the USA (florida mainly)

any advise appreciated

Obviously one with sufficient space for the maps involved....
Big question... do you want the European AND the US maps to be available simultaneously, or would it be OK to have only one installed at a time?
