My Tom Tom Runner will not keep accurate distance, seems to be way out speed wise and the time and date is wrong.
I have phoned Tom Tom Support. They have emailed me a list of steps to take which I am unable to follow. I have asked for assistance however no reply has been received. The first instruction on their list was "Clear the entire web browsing history on your web browser". I can not find a facility to carry out this step on the History records I have on screen. Can someone please assist me to complete this first step and hopefully I can do the further long list of steps as advised ?
