Runner 2 - Tracker Goals Error

I have a Runner 2 and whenever I try to go into the Tracker - Goals menu on the watch it just resets / reboots itself. The software is up to date and I've done a few factory resets and tried changing options like switching sleep / hr monitoring on and off, but it hasn't helped. Any ideas? Thanks.
