Routes from phone don't transfer.

Hi, up until last week my samsung s10 connected to my expert7 and I could send routes to my expert7 from my s10.
Last week I was following a route sent from my s10, when I reached my destination I pressed the "X" on the expert7 screen.
Now I can't send routes to my expert7.
My phone connects with no problems to my expert7 and traffic information shows on the screen. This shows if I have a route running or not.
Planning a route using the search function on the expert7 works fine.
Any help would be appreciated.

I assume you are sending the routes from the MyDrive app installed on your phone?

If so, log out of your account on the app and then log back in with your Tomtom account credentials.
 
Hi, no I was sharing them straight from Google maps.
Should I be using my drive?
