Route planning options

Hi,
I use TT Via 1500. When planning for a route, there used to be several options for me to choose from: Fastest, shortest, avoid highway, etc. But recently I cannot find such options any more when planning a trip. Is it due to downloading updates, or drum reset that I once did or what? Any idea how to resume such options?

It may be called Startup on the device.
