Route Planner Address button grayed out

When planning a route, Favorites show up, Recent does as well, but the Address button is grayed out. I fixed it once by turning the car off and restarted, another time reset the unit but now it never shows up.

Do you have a solid GPS lock?

Apparently so. The green light is on and directions for Favorites work fine, and also POI. It correctly shows my location as well.

I thought maybe the unit needed updating, so I did that and also updated the maps.

In the city screen, do you have it set for the icon for the state you are in, not the generic USA flag symbol?
