Road is not closed

Sorry if this is not the place but I don't know where else to ask. TomTom has been showing the Sandbach side of Junction 17 on the M6 as closed for about a year now. There is an incompleted roundabout but the road is open.

How do I get this investigated?

Brilliant, thank you. There is functionality in the app to report errors but it says if you report it before commencing a journey it will be ignored. This makes more sense
