Road Closed Ahead

I have a road on my way to work that is closed for at least the next year.

I would like to have the TomTom know this when I enter a route so I can see if there are better options available compared to the official detour.

Is it possible? I cannot see anything within the menus.

My old, old Garmin had this feature and it was really useful.

Use the "Find alternative" function. Within this function you could select either "Avoid roadblock" or "Avoid part of route".

The feature you want, is not available...well at least not yet.

When TT rolls out NavCore 7 to the other units in the fall, that's when you'll be able to avoid that road.
