RMA Process

    I may have to get my 730 RMA'ed. I have a couple of questions...

    1) Will both fuel and traffic subs follow to the new unit?
    2) Will I be able to update my maps to the same version I currently have?
    3) What will I have to pull off my old box to keep my settings besides my .ov2 files?
    4) Will they do an advance RMA where they ship a unit to me and I ship my unit back to them after receipt of the new unit?

    There will be no new unit, this is a repair process.
    2) Will I be able to update my maps to the same version I currently have?
    See question 1, Allways a good idea to make a back up if possible before sending.
    3) What will I have to pull off my old box to keep my settings besides my .ov2 files?

    Again your device will be away for a roughly a week before you get it back repaired.
