Rider V1 / headset V2

Hi, new to the forum and a question already
My RiderV1 has a headset that appears faulty, does it pair up with the V2 headset or is there a better one out there at a reasonable price?

In what way is it faulty?

The headset that comes with the Rider2 (I would imagine its the same) should pair with the Rider1.

Are you attempting to pair your headset as per instructions?...i.e., hold switch on headset in untill alternate red/blue light flashing, the in your TT pref's, "connect headset". etc.

My headset was faulty too, right out of the box. No sound. I contacted TT customer service and they set out a new one right away. I was in the warrany period though. Hope you are too, but I would try anyway.
