Just get POIedit 2007 and you will be off and running. Press F4 to check for duplicates.

I made an exel spread sheet with all of the FM stores on it and now I don't know how to convert it or how to upload it to POI'07. Can anyone help me out? I really want to learn how to do this so some direction would be great.
