REQ: Tablet Advice

I use TomTom Android Navigation apps on my smart phone and now would like to buy one or more compatible tablets that will also support them. Any suggestions would be welcome for tablets with built-in GPS and with sufficiently low res screens for these apps. Extra points in my scoring system are given for the Samsung brand, microSDHC support and replaceable batteries.
