"Report Speed Camera" missing

Hi, hope this is in the right section. Device is up to date, subscription paid. Iget speed camera reports but I cannot find a way to report new cameras or mobile speed traps anymore. The button is missing. Also on my app (ios) I'm able too but not when using carshare, Thanks in advance.

You must have a valid subscription to report a speed camera
If a valid subscription attempted to factory reset the device.

The only time we've seen that happen is on previous firmware when a map is installed that does not support traffic at all, and Russia is often the culprit. What version of firmware are you running now on your Discover?

If your firmware and maps are up to date, this problem should be fixed. I think this was addressed in firmware v 22.200.0006.

If there is some reason that you are not updating things, then...

Do you have the Russia map installed, and if so, does this problem persist after it is uninstalled (if you don't need it)? You will need to do a power button ('drum') reset of your unit afterward for this to take effect.

I have a go campermax running version. 23.100.0003 since the last update the "speed camera" symbol is missing from the driving view so I cannot report camera locations. Has this facility been removed by Tomtom?

If you do not have this radar icon, your radar subscription is not valid.
The solution is to buy a subscription.

I have an active subscription. I tried a reset and that had cured the problem
