Report Map Error ?

Hi there I have a tomtom expert I can’t seem to be able to report map errors or blocked roads I am clicking and holding onto the map the pop up comes up but it only has add to favourites plan and another option can’t remember the option to report map error isn’t there any help would be appreciated

Current generation devices don't support reporting map errors directly on the device. As @dhn says, errors need to be reported online now. I miss the feature of reporting on the device. I'm guessing you had an older TomTom in the past?

Ah I see I thought it had a fault yes had an older one and used to do it on that well thanks for letting me know it was infuriating me trying to work it out
