Replacement Watch strap

[watch band issue]

I bought a replacement watch band for my tomtom sports watch and since I've paid have heard nothing from tomtom. The strap wasn't delivered because they got the address wrong even though I gave them the correct adrees three times. Now there's silence from them. Has anybody else had bad customer service from this company?

As long as Tomtom has not received the replacement wristband that was sent to you Tomtom will not send you another wristband.
Do some research to see where the bracelet was delivered.
