TomTom Model(s)
Carminat
I had a working Europe map on my carminat device, I decided to update the SD card as I had never done so. I didnt back it up initially and just updated the sd card which seemed to go fine, then on re installation in the van I then got the message "This map cannot be used in this device- 100863" and this number (or similar).
So now device doesn't recognise the map installed, ive also deleted the file (lodir) I think its called that is supposed to enable maps to load, but to no avail. Can I format the SD card and re upload the old Europe maps, as the sat nav is completely useless as it is..! Or do I need to buy a new SD card around £40 with maps already....??
Any Help greatly appreciated

Did you purchase the map from the official TomTom website?

If so, delete the application.

I got the same message (Not Live) this happened after the TomTom update. It had already gone doodlalley in April.
Now I appear to have no maps!!!

What update did this happen after?
If it was a map update, delete it from both your SD card and your computer, then restart the download.
