Is there any way to remove the "placeholder" images for voices that I do NOT have installed from the list of voices to select? Right now, I have a bunch of voices that say "Install from CD or Download from TomTom.com" or something like that. These appear to be nothing more than a little advertisement letting me know that the voice exists, but that I do not have it installed. However, it's annoying to have to skip through a bunch of empty voice slots when I'm just trying to browse and select one from the ones I have installed.
