Can I delete "This device belongs to" Which is my name and address, the reason is I want to sell my Tom Tom one 3rd edition. Thanks for any help.

Try restoring to factory defaults on your device.

You should advise the buyer that the model is End of Life as decreed by TomTom which means that no further map updates will be offered for that device.
