Registered new member but can't download voices or POI's - Help?

I registered last night 8/24. After I login, I can't download any voices or POI's. Everytime I try, I'm taken back to the login screen. Is there some kind of waiting peroid for new member activation to occur? I did receive a new member welcome email last night.

Got it working

Once I checked the "remember me" box on the login screen, I could then download the poi's and voices I was interested in.
